The introduction of the seemingly innoccuous concept of the 'deposit of the faith' in the book of Timothy around 150 AD was the last nail in Pauls understanding of Jesus revelation based faith.The fact is the scriptures are not infallible and they have certainly been redacted at different times to reflect things important to both Israel and the Church.
Context is an amazing interpretter. Placing divergent texts together and calling them the Word of God does amazing things to a persons brain.
